Status of Embroidery Orders
This is an embroidered product made especially for you
After your order has been placed, it will be scheduled for embroidery as soon as possible. Embroidery orders are placed in a queue and produced in the order they are received. You can view the scheduled production date for your order as soon as it is available when you are logged into your account, under My Orders. Please note that products made specifically upon your request cannot be returned.
The current waiting time for embroideries is approximately: 1 weeks.
Have your name and/or calligraphy and logos embroidered directly onto your new uniform. In the fields above, enter any names for the embroidery and specify which uniform in your order you want embroidered. Choose the embroidery option, thread color, font, and placement. Among the product images, you will find an example showing which placement the selectable numbers refer to.
If there is an option you do not want, you must select “no selection” in the relevant dropdown menu.
NOTE! Japanese name embroidery is always placed on the right lapel of the uniform.
